5. Support to make the transition from an apprenticeship 

• Your line manager will support you to identify where you want to take your career and plan the steps you can take to get there. 
• If you successfully complete the programme you will have the opportunity to apply for roles at »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË, and you can start applying for vacancies six months before the end of your apprenticeship.
