Personal Tutor Review publishes conclusions and recommendations

The Personal Tutor review, led by Dr Kathryn Woods Pro-Vice-Provost (Student Academic Engagement) and Dr Peter Fitch (Associate Director, HEDS) together with a Steering Group of colleagues and students from across UCL, share the findings.

Approved by the Education Committee in February 2023, the review had four main aims:

  1. Improving of UG and PGT student experience of academic support
  2. Understanding the differences needed between UG and PGT personal tutoring
  3. Improving staff experiences of personal tutoring and academic support
  4. Identifying a simple and coherent model for personal tutoring at ʼһ.

Dr Kathryn Woods, Pro-Vice-Provost (Student Academic Engagement) said:
