Who are we?

We are the UCL Student Enquiries Centre team and we provide the first line support and enquiries service for Student and Registry Services. WeÌýcan advise you how to complete many UCL processes and how to access the core services that »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË provides as well as providing documents confirming your study at »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË. You can submit enquiries to us through . If you have not enrolled yet, but need some assistance you can email us at newstudents@ucl.ac.uk and we will get back to you within five working days or less!

Where are we?

Our Enquiries Centre is located on Floor 1 ofÌýtheÌýStudent Centre buildingÌýatÌý27-28ÌýGordon Square,Ìýon the main UCL campus. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we are unable to offer a face to face service at the moment and open our centre but are working to get it reopened as soon as possible in a way that is safe for our team and for you!

Happily, we are still able to deliver services to you via online platforms! We can still answer your enquiries via askUCL and provide the letters you need as a PDF. We have also updated the documents available for you to print yourself via , so you can download these at your convenience.
