About
Beginning March 2024, the UCL Open Research Train the Trainer course will support research staff to become Open Research Training听(ORT) Leads.
The course is a key part of the and UCL is one of a consortium of 14 institutional members of the鈥��(UKRN) to receive a proportion of the 拢4.5million programme funding from the Research England Development Fund.
This course aims听to accelerate the uptake of open research practices听through high quality training.听It will give participants the knowledge and skills required to design, develop and deliver training in open research practices.
This course is for听researchers/research-active academics听of all grades (including postgraduate research students)听who:
- are interested in open research (also referred to at 皇家华人 as open science)
- would like to increase their knowledge of open research听
- would be interested in helping to accelerate the uptake of open research practices across their discipline.

Applications are now open and there are a limited number of places available on this course. Applications close听on听Friday 02 February听2024 and the course will begin in听March 2024.听
