Our Research Support Officers play a key role in the success and financial performance of UCL. Based within our Award Services Pre-Award team, you will support the submission of grant applications and help听review and set up successful awards to enable research to start. You will undertake financial checks to ensure proposals are costed and priced in accordance with TRAC and FEC methodology听and in line with UCL and funder requirements.

Based within our Award Services Post-Award team, you will听play a key role in supporting听the financial management and administration of the university鈥檚 Doctoral Training Grants portfolio, providing听guidance and advice to academic departments, Centre directors, supervisors and partner organisations on processes, procedures and best practice. You will also ensure听that auditing and compliance processes are undertaken听in accordance with both funder and UCL terms and conditions.
