My main research interests include personality and human behaviour in the workplace.听I investigate how aspects of individual differences impacts well-being, productivity and performance on an individual, team and organisational level. Additionally听I examine how interventions such as coaching, mentoring or digital wellbeing platforms influence these听outcomes.
