Intrinsic Semiconductor Technologies announced 拢7 million in funding to expand and develop their new type of computer memory, which is a spin-out from technology developed by Professor Tony Kenyon, Dr Adnan Mehonic and Dr Wing Ng (all UCL Electronic and Electrical Engineering).
