A new Climate Assembly is needed as the current Assembly is debating how the UK will reach zero emissions by 2050, a date which doesn鈥檛 take into account the urgency of the issue, argues a letter signed by Emeritus Professor Bill Mcguire (UCL Earth Sciences).
