Health myth: Will sleeping on your back make you snore?

Professor Matthew Walker (UCL Institute of Neurology) explains why people are more likely to snore if they sleep on their back, and how it could be bad for their health if connected with sleep apnea, but adds that people who don't tend to snore won't start just because they're lying on their back.
