Life in the pedestrian fast lane is no life at all - let's slow our cities down instead

Professor Nick Tyler (UCL Civil, Environmental & Geomatic Engineering) suggests
that we should create spaces that cause people to want to slow down,
rather than designing cities to accommodate fast walkers or force people to
slow down.
