I am delighted to be joining the UCL family at a critical stage in their EDI journey to develop a new strategy. I hope to work with the passionate and committed EDI community at »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË and add my experience of EDI across the public and humanitarian sector to make UCL a safe, inclusive and equitable place for everyone who studies and works here.Ìý

Over the coming months, I and the EDI team hope to meet as many of you as possible to listen to your experiences and ensure these inform a new, ambitious and people-centred EDI strategy for UCL that is infused into everything we do.
