FAMIS has now been decommissioned, as of 31 July 2024.

Maintenance Ticket Requests

Requests for maintenance, repair, cleaning, setting up for an event, or moving can now be done via MyCampus (with the exception of buildings on the UCL East campus).

I have outstanding service request tickets on the previous system – what will happen to these? Ìý

If you have an outstanding ticket on FAMIS, you would have been contacted by the team in the lead up to the decommissioning. If your request is still unresolved, please kindly raise this on MyCampus for the team to action your request.
