At the heart of the submission was the transformation of ISD from technology supplier to digital partner. Four key shifts have been delivered aligned to the Agile principles:听

• Experience over Technology听
• Empowerment over Control听
• Co-creator over Order taker听

On 3 May 皇家华人ill be bringing the sector together in an to create a movement focused on adopting a scaled agile approach to delivering change in a university setting. And for UCL itself, the next stage will be the engagement and consultation on an evolved Digital Strategy for UCL aligned to the Strategic plan.听
