Last chance to take the Student Barometer survey and win up to £1,000
12 June 2015
We have already heard from nearly 4,000 of you since our survey opened! It is running for just two more weeks, so to be in with a chance of winning one of our many prizes, take the survey from the link in your inbox now.
It takes about ten minutes to complete the survey which covers everything from your experience of the teaching, libraries, feedback and academic support here through to living costs, UCLU, the UCL campus and what it's like to be a student in London.
We take your answers really seriously.
The student surveys team collate and analyse the responses and read
through all your comments - last year there were over 10,000 individual
comments made.
Your views matter
Last year, as a result of your responses,
we extended library opening hours and opened new study spaces. We have
also introduced universal standards for feedback on assessments, all
thanks to you.
We have big plans for the future but we do really need to hear from you - every response counts, and every comment is read.
We use the data from the survey to understand where we are doing well and where UCL faces challenges. This is presented to the Student Experience Forum which is a meeting between The Vice-Provost (Education), the Faculty Tutors and the heads of central services.
If you take the survey before Friday 26th June you could win either:
- £300 in Amazon vouchers,
- one of five £100 Amazon vouchers, or
- one of fifty £50 Amazon vouchers.
The winners will be selected at random by i-graduate, the independent research agency that runs the survey.
In addition, i-graduate are offering the opportunity to:
- win a £1,000 cash prize, or
- make a £1,000 donation to a charity of your choice
The survey (and prize draw entry) closes on Friday 26 June 2015. All
responses are confidential and anonymous, and will be used for research
purposes only.
