Students will work in small teams to develop a vision for the site which is grounded in site analysis and framed by sustainability theory; a masterplan as well as more detailed spatial plans and interventions; a broad estimate of development value and potential investors; a phasing and governance strategy, and monitoring mechanisms for on-going progress.
