The Dissertation module of the degree is based upon independent study. The total assessment for the award of the Master's degree must include a 60 credit Dissertation. In addition, you should note that although this is not a taught element of the course you are entitled to individual support for this element of your programme of study. You will be allocated a supervisor from the Institute of Education. The Dissertation is between 10,000 and 12,000 words.
