This module is an introduction to the application of advanced computational methods (algorithmic and AI) for biological data analysis (diagnosis and discovery) and dealing with large data arrays.
The focus will be on advanced computational methods in Genomics, Transcriptomics and Proteomics, with added emphasis on sequence collection, comparison and interpretation.
