Kate Hill, a first year ECT, is an Art teacher at Chosen Hill School near Cheltenham. The ECF Staffroom podcast gives a voice to teachers, allowing them to discuss their growing confidence and be a window into the ECF experience for others.
Kate talks about having 鈥榯o be like a swan鈥�, projecting calm when nothing seems to be going right. She described the benefits of our Wellbeing Charter 鈥� especially how her mentor and facilitator have given peer support when she most needed it.
