IOE Research and Development

Join Dr Melissa Bond in a special session on Systematic Reviews. Melissa will be exploring how to structure systematic reviews for publishing, and what she looks for as an editor and reviewer when choosing high quality submissions for the Journal.

Melissa will also discuss common pitfalls and tips on getting your research published in a prestigious education journal, and taking questions from the audience after the event.

This online event will be particularly useful for researchers and practitioners interested in publishing their own research and those interested in keeping up to date with trends and patterns in academic publishing. It will also be of interest to those working the area of Systematic Reviews.

Sit with the Editor seminar series

The ‘Sit with the Editor’ series provides a series of relaxed, face to face and online forums for the research community to engage with editors from prestigious journals.

The series aims to support researchers in making steps towards publishing their work in an educational journal. It has a particular remit to support researchers from the Global South, researchers with English as a second or other language, and early career researchers.
