Emotional and mental health

You can refer members of your team to the Employee Assistance Programme: Staff Support ServiceÌýfor a mental health consultation if they need someone to speak to someone.

Speak to counsellor about concerns or situationsÌýyou are dealing with as a manager. Call 0808 196 5808 and select option 3 for manager support.

Managing Stress at WorkÌý- use the guides and toolkits if someone you manage is experiencing work-related stress.

Bereavement and loss support toolkitÌý- this toolkit has been designed to help managers and colleagues support their teams when a person dies.
