Undergraduate

Studying history at undergraduate with us means you will听have access to a department of historians working at the cutting edge of their fields. Your seminars will be in groups of 15 or fewer (10 or fewer for special subjects)听补苍诲 your assignments will receive detailed and tailored feedback. You have a great choice of modules that span 5,000 years of world history and are entirely research-led.

In your first year at 皇家华人, you will study the听Writing History听补苍诲 Making History courses.听Writing History will not only nurture the articulation of your ideas on paper but also give you the capacity to think critically about your own writing.

"Having a breadth of topics was really important to me, and UCL History offers such an incredible variety of topics and modules, that go far beyond a core British history. I've studied Early Asian Medicine, The Modern Middle East, and even Economic History. It's a huge misconception that studying a History degree will give you a limited options of careers after study. These skills are just what graduate employers are looking for, from the NHS to law to the Civil Service."
