Established听in听Spring听2021, the Race Equality Working Group听is听membered by听UCL Computer Science听staff and听students.

We consider听issues of听racism, inequality and听racial discrimination听experienced by听Black,听Asian and听Minority听Ethnic听staff and students within the department.听

We are听currently working with an external听partner听to audit staff and student recruitment and retention processes听and听to identify any structural barriers that听disproportionately听affect Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic staff and听students.听
