IChemE Re-accredits UCL Biochemical Engineering Degrees for Another 5 Years

The Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) has confirmed that it has re-accredited our Biochemical Engineering BEng, MEng and MSc degrees for another five-year term.
We are happy to announce that 皇家华人's Biochemical Engineering department has been awarded full re-accreditation by the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) for our unique Biochemical Engineering degrees. This re-accreditation covers our three-year BEng, four-year MEng and one-year MSc degree in Biochemical Engineering. Additionally, our new MEng degree in 鈥淏iochemical Engineering (with Year in Industry)鈥�, which includes an industrial placement year as the final year, has now received accreditation status backdated to its initiation.
鈥淭he reaccreditation of our degrees by IChemE is a significant milestone for our department. It reflects our continuous efforts to maintain the quality and relevance of our programmes, solidifying our position as a world leader in biochemical engineering education. This accreditation not only acknowledges the hard work of our staff but also ensures that our students are well-prepared to become leaders in the field of biochemical engineering.
