Tara听Ruayjirawat, Creative and Collaborative Enterprise master's student, took first prize in a UCL Innovation and Enterprise competition and was awarded 拢1,500 to turn her idea to develop a healthier, black rice-based alternative to potato-based crisps into a viable business.

Tara plans to put the听funds towards product development,听testing and packaging.
