UCL Anthropology MA student awarded £1,500 to pursue entrepreneurial idea

Tara Ruayjirawat won first place in a UCL Innovation and Enterprise competition and was awarded £1,500 to pursue her entrepreneurial idea.

TaraRuayjirawat, Creative and Collaborative Enterprise master's student, took first prize in a UCL Innovation and Enterprise competition and was awarded £1,500 to turn her idea to develop a healthier, black rice-based alternative to potato-based crisps into a viable business.

Tara plans to put thefunds towards product development,testing and packaging.

Congratulationsto Tara who has tenaciously followed her ideas through various iterations to create some new products that embody her passions of healthy eating and pride in Thai culture.”
