Binge drinking alcohol worse than spreading it out
Dr Gautam Mehta (UCL Medicine) ran an alcohol consumption experiment with a pair of identical twins, and found that binge drinking alcohol over a short period of time was worse than spreading the same amount over a longer period of time.
