Contents: reports and correspondence in date order from the SRF administrator in Serbia, Major Charles Hardwicke. He was in charge of the SRF hospitals, including Niš Hospital and the orphanages and dispensaries attached to them. Reports on the work contain information on the progress of smaller medical outposts as well as the major hospitals and also statistics on cases treated. Correspondence is concerned mainly with issues of staffing and expenses.

Contents: photographs and some postcards depicting the SRF's work, mainly medical in Serbia but also a few from Corfu and France. Most photographs are of staff and patients.
